GNU Free Documentation License How can I file a grievance against the CEO of my company? Q. My co-workers and I are filing a grievance against the CEO of our company. Our business is owned by a larger corporation so we contacted his direct supervisor at the corporate office. She replied to us by saying we have to follow the Grievance Procedure for our facility which states the grievance must be filed through our department director (which it has), and then through the CEO. So we are told that before we can file through her, the CEO has to make a decision on it. I cant believe it is fair to say we have to file with the CEO when the grievance is against the CEO.
